Waste reduction: integrating more circularity in supply chains

This workshop will be all about integrating more circularity in supply chains.

Participants will be split into smaller groups and be asked to either:

• identify an initiative that will reduce reliance on virgin materials in their supply chain (can be mailing supplies, transport, warehouse operations etc.)
• identify where a current logistic solution runs “empty” (think empty truck after delivery) and what could be done with that empty space (think take back systems, waste hauling etc.).

For both workshop topics, they’ll have to identify both opportunities and weaknesses and present back to the group their idea/findings and ways to overcome difficulties.
